I – Confirmation of U.S.’ use of Tesla-based time travel technology

Two independent whistleblowers from the U.S. national security state have come forward with congruent, sophisticated, and extensive insider accounts of their experiences with Tesla-based time travel technology developed by the U.S. Department of Defense.

Mars colony eyewitness Michael Relfe is a whistleblower and a former member of the U.S. armed forces who, in 1976, was recruited as a permanent member of the secret Mars colony.  In 1976 (Earth time), he teleported to the Mars colony and spent 20 years as a permanent member of its staff. In 1996 (Mars time), Mr Relfe was time-travelled via teleportation and age-regressed 20 years, landing back at a U.S. military base in 1976 (Earth time).  He then served six years in the U.S. military on Earth before being honourably discharged in 1982.

In a two-volume book, The Mars Records, authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe, B.Sc., MrRelfe describes the two types of individuals at the secret Mars colony:

“To clarify: Remember there are two kinds of people that I remember.

“1. People visiting Mars temporarily (politicians, etc.) – They travel to and from Mars by jump gate. They visit for a few weeks and return. They are not time travelled back. They are VIP’s. They are OFF LIMITS!!

“2. Permanent staff – They spend 20 years’ duty cycle. At the end of their duty cycle, they are age reversed and time shot back to their space-time origin point. They are sent back with memories blocked. They are sent back to complete their destiny on Earth.”  (Vol. 2, p. 204)

Four independent whistleblower witnesses, including Michael Relfe, have confirmed the existence of one or more U.S. secret bases on Mars, as forward strategic military bases for occupation or defence of the solar system. These whistleblower witnesses include, besides Michael Relfe, former U.S. Army Command Sgt. Major Robert Dean, former participant in DARPA’s Project Pegasus Andrew D. Basiago and former U.S. Department of Defense scientist Arthur Neumann.

Andrew D. Basiago is a former participant in DARPA Project Pegasus (1968-72) that developed Tesla-based quantum teleportation and time travel in the time space hologram, initiating the U.S. program of time-space Chrononauts.

According to Mr Basiago, the U.S. government already had a fully operational teleportation capability in 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was actively training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of“chrononauts” or time-space explorers.

This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt. Both trips, Mr Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA. The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarise him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny pertaining to publicly establishing the fact that Mars is an inhabited planet and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience its conditions first-hand.

Mr Basiago’s involvement in advanced U.S. time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a career CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean MariaArrigo, an ethicist who works closely with U.S. military and intelligence agencies, and by U.S. Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in U.S. intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to Project Pegasus.

Remote sensing in the time-space continuum

Mr Basiago has revealed that between 1969 and 1972, as a child participant in Project Pegasus, he both viewed past and future events through a device known as a “chronovisor” and teleported back and forth across the country in vortal tunnels opened in time-space via Tesla-based teleporters located at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, NJ and the Sandia National Laboratory in Sandia, NM.

A chronovisor is a device that uses a screen or holographic template to locate and display scenes from the past or future in the time-space hologram.  The chronovisor was originally developed by two Vatican scientists in conjunction with Enrico Fermi and later refined by DARPA scientists.

DARPA had, he explains, five reasons for involving American schoolchildren in such new, dangerous, and experimental activities:

1. First, the Department of Defense wanted to test the mental and physical effects of teleportation on children.

2. Second, Project Pegasus needed to use children because the holograms created by the chronovisors would collapse when adults stood within them.

3. Third, the children were tabula rasa (of the mind that has not yet gained impressions of experience) and would tend to see things during the time probes that adults would tend to miss.

4. Fourth, the children were trainees who upon growing up would serve in a covert time-space program under DARPA that would operate in tandem with the overt space program under NASA.

5. Lastly, the program sponsors found that after moving between time lines, adult timetravellers were often becoming insane, and it was hoped that by working with gifted and talented children from childhood, the U.S. government might create an adult cadre of“chrononauts” capable of dealing with the psychological effects of time travel.

In contrast to the chronovisor probes, in which a form of virtual time travel was achieved, the teleporters developed by Project Pegasus allowed for physical teleportation to distant locations, sometimes with an adjustment forward or backward in time of days, weeks, months, or years.

According to Mr Basiago, by 1972, the U.S. government was using “quantum displacement” of this kind to both send people forward several years in time to store sensitive military secrets in the future and backward several years in time to provide the government with intelligence about future events.

II The weaponisation of time travel

DARPA’s Project Pegasus (1968-73) under which the U.S. government program of quantum access Tesla-based teleportation and time travel was developed was historically under the control of then-U.S. President Richard M. Nixon’s cabinet member Donald H. Rumsfeld.

According to Mr Basiago’s whistleblower testimony, Donald H. Rumsfeld, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defence on September 11, 2001, was the defence attaché to Project Pegasus during the early 1970’s, when Mr Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counsellor to President Nixon and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilisation.

Mr Rumsfeld approached his Project Pegasus responsibilities with the intent to weaponise teleportation and time travel to the U.S. government’s advantage. He has been quoted as stating in Project Pegasus meetings at the time that the chief mission of teleportation was to deliver troops to the appropriate place in the battlefield.

Sequestration of secret U.S. military bases

It is clear from Michael Relfe’s two books on his 20 years at the secret U.S. base on Mars that U.S. time travel was principally used to the hide the presence of U.S. secret military installations on Mars from the public  so that the installations remained accessible only to time scientists of the U.S. DoD.

Mr Relfe was recruited into the U.S. armed forces and time travel/teleported to Mars in 1976.

Only individuals with access to secret time science records or technology of the U.S. Department of Defense could prove the existence of the U.S. secret Mars base from Michael Relfe’s conventional U.S. service records.

2012 ~ What you’re not being told

To summarise the lecture…Basically we know that there is a Brown Dwarf Star on its way towards us.

At the moment we are not seeing any major changes as the Earth and the Brown Dwarf star are travelling at the same pace.

It’s still about a distance of 1.5 AU from us. For example: When the Japan earthquake happened in March 11th, it was 2 AU away and we had a magnitude 9.0 earthquake.

The NEXT alignment happens on September 26th, 2011. It will be between us and the Sun. At that point it is 0.38 away from us. When this object goes across the sky between us and the Sun, it’s going to cause and eclipse that will last for 3 days.

Gravitational fields and Infrared work on an inverse square relationship. So every measure of distance, the force magnifies by the square of it.

When it was 2 away, we had a magnitude 9.0 earthquake. On September 26th, the gravitational forces and the infrared forces will be 25 x greater on that day.

What has been predicted is that on September 26th 2011, the WHOLE Pacific Rim will go with magnitude 12.0 to 15.0 earthquakes. This is totally consistent with the mathematics. It is predicted that:

  • New Zealand will disappear.
  • Japan will disappear.
  • Indonesia will disappear.
  • China will disappear.
  • Korea will disappear.
  • Russia will disappear.
  • The West coast of America will disappear.
  • The East Coast of Australia will not be affected by the actual earthquakes, but they will be affected by the tidal waves that come from it.

Before this happens, as you get into August and this gets closer. The gravitational forces of this Brown Dwarf Star are going to start to pull, not only on the crust of the Earth, but also pull on the Moon.

The Moon has a fairly spherical orbit at the moment around the Earth. But as the Brown Dwarf gets closer, it’s going to pull the Moon closer to it and the Moon is going to have a more Elliptical Orbit.

What affect will that have on our planet? When the gravitational pull is greater, we will experience what is called “King Tides”.

It’s expected that ALL the major coastal cities of the world will be flooded at some point, through August and the beginning of September.

Not tidal waves, but massive tides…cities like London, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Melbourne, Sydney, Venice…any coastal city!

Incidently…(Nasa employees have already relocated their families from the coastal area’s

About a week before September 26th, this object is going to be very obvious in our sky (from around 20th).

(March 15th it was spotted on SOHO and then quickly removed by NASA a day later. 

This object is going to cover 1/5 of the sky. By then anarchy will be ruling, because they would have collapsed the financial markets and put most people into the FemaCamps (please ask for additional info on these, if you do not already know about them). There are approx. 800 of them currently around the US and house up 50 000 people upwards. Which adds up to a total of 40 million people.

The Eclipse will last for up to 3 days, but when it lines up with the Sun and our Planet, there is going to be a “COSMIC SONIC SHOCKWAVE” that will totally blow out our magnetic fields, which will leave the Planet completely open to Gamma Radiation. It’s what they call in the Bible “Gabriel’s Trumpet”. It’s a sonic blast to do with the lining up. The magnetic fields will be destroyed (they are already being weakened). If you are out in the open, you will literally be friend alive! So you need to be able to get out of DIRECT LIGHT, for the whole duration that our Magnetic Field is down.

This could take up to 2 – 3 weeks.

So this is the summary for 26th September 2011:

  • Level 12 – 13 magnitude Earthquakes
  • Basically every Volcano on the Planet will go off at that time
  • Pyroclastic blasts will be going off
  • Cosmic waves that are going to hit
  • Wind speeds of over 1000 hours per hour
  • Surface temperature degrees of over 60+
  • Wildfires all over the planet
  • All the water surfaces are going to dry up
  • Volcanic ash will cause huge amounts of acid rain
  • Electromagnetic Pulses are going to fry all the electrics
  • Satellites and TV’s are already starting to play up, and as this thing gets closer more and more of them are going to go down

The next date we have to be concerned about is the 17th October 2011:

  • “Elenin” is now 0.23 away. It is the closest point it comes to us. (21 million miles away from the Earth)
  • Any volcanoes that have not gone off by then, will now
  • Any land that has not separated will do it then, because the forces are now over 80 x what they were when the Japan Earthquake happened

2nd November through to the 7th November 2011:

  • As the Dwarf Star travelled through the astral belt, it will have picked up a few followers. Some are the size of a marble and some a hundred miles large
  • Every 26 000 years we pass through the tail of “Elenin” and on the 2nd to 7th November we pass through the tail of the Brown Dwarf and running a whole asteroid field with masses of meteor showers
  • Our saving grace is that our Moon will be on the lea side and be able to potentially shield us from some of the impacts
  • Unfortunately many major cities will be obliterated by being hit by asteroids. Masses of showers for approx. 3 days

11th November 2011 there is another alignment:

  • We will then line up on the outside at about 0.56 away
  • There will be more earthquakes on that day

17th November

  • It is believed that this is when the whole crust of the Earth will completely lift and turn around, as this is when the gravitational forces are at it’s highest

23rd November there is another alignment:

  • Which could cause more earthquakes
  • From then on it starts to move further and further out

That is the:

  • How
  • When
  • Where it’s going to happen.

Lastly for this note…What does 2012 mean?

  • Where does the date 12th December 2012 come from? ~ It DOES NOT come from the Mayan Calendar. It comes from the “Illuminati” (to be explained further) This date does not exist in the Mayan Calendar! People have tried to match the Mayan calendar to our (manmade one). The Mayan’s don’t talk about an “END” in their calendar…they talk about a “CHANGE”. They speak of the shift from the 4th Sun into the 5th Sun. They don’t mention anything about a Brown Dwarf Star.
  • The Mayan’s talk about a shift of the SUN…this is very important.
  • The date 2012 DEC12, is a date given by the “illuminati” to trap the ‘New Age’ people. Trapping them into believing hey have to prepare for this date, so that they are totally unawares to what is about to happen in the next 2 months. Most ‘New Age’ people have bought this story, because it’s all tidied into the Mayan calendar and therefore it’s about the ‘Ascension’…they believe there will be no Earth changes because we can pray them away. The Mayan’s spoke of a shift in awareness preceding all this, but NOT on this date
  • 2012 DEC12 is an “illuminati” ritual which happens to tie in with the Winter Solstice, a beginning of a transition period.
  • Nostradamus and Edgar Casey’s prophecies have all been dumped onto this date, because most people are stupid and they’ll buy it.
  • The Mayan’s were smart. They had the number #0.
  • If you go from 3BC to 2BC to 1BC … the next year is 1AD, there is no year 0 in our calendar. So straight away, we’ve lost a year (From 2012) which gives you 2011

SO what is 2012?

Our solar system is part of the Milky Way Galaxy. A spiral. And in the middle of our galaxy, is a massive Black Hole. They give out energy in 2 directions, in pulses that radiate outwards, like when a pebble hits a pond of water. We spiral around, going in waves, up & down. Soon, we will enter the middle of the Photon band. A place of no TIME and all SPACE.

There is no great Ascension to come, because we are already there. We chose to be here at this time in the Universe to experience what we are going through right now. We have CHOSEN to manifest, although we may have forgotten, because we got caught up in the illusion and lies that have been fed to us and the  3D stuff.

We cannot ascend to something we already are. You just become AWARE of where you are perceiving it from.

Are you so caught up in the “play” that you believe you are the ‘Character’ or are you sitting in the audience admiring your work?

So what is this so called “Ascension” about?

We are made of atoms, which are made up of Carbon / Helium & Oxygen. So we have a Proton, with Electrons and layers of shells between.

As we enter the Photon Band, which is a huge pulse of energy. Every single atom in your body, gets hit by this energy, and the electrons jump to the next level. And as every atom becomes energised, you become less dense with a higher vibration.

Recycling Tips

From your home to land-fill or sea-fill . . . or recycle?

Many everyday home items can be recycled. Bear in mind, though, that the recycling process can use resources such as water and electricity. The best thing to do is to avoid buying plastic containers and bottles and food that is wrapped in loads of packaging. Say ‘no’ to plastic shopping bags and complain to the store manager about excessive packaging.

While some municipalities offer recycling bins in their home refuse removal service, most don’t. In this instance, your items should be taken to your local municipality recycle site every few weeks.

Earth Mother, Gaia: Feel Me

Dear people of the Earth who inhabit it, it is pleasing to come forth and speak through one of the many children of the Earth and to all of you.

Everyone is to a degree being effected by all the changes that are occuring around the globe and within yourself. As I change, you change. We are all connected children. Many of you know this and realize this, and a few seem to forget. Busy lives can do this.

As more and more of you adopt a newer more loving way to live in the creation of your existance, you are helping me dear children. You may have been born out of your mother’s womb, but it is you that are creating your existance now. It is you that is choosing where your path will take you. Along that path you find me wherever you go. Everytime you are able to pick up a piece of litter that another has left behind, you are helping me breath better and look nicer. Everytime you dig in your garden regardless if you have potted plants or actual bedded gardens and you use your hands you are reconnecting to me in a very special way. The Earth at your fingers is cooling, if you allow your senses to take over, you will find peace within that cooling and texture of the Earth at your fingers. The plant or flower that is there is because of your love. And it does speak to you in its own way. I can see some of you scoff at this idea of their flowers talking. They talk in ways of their colours, their height, their growth, or lack of. They tell you when you have fed them too much or not enough. They let you know if they require more shade or need to be in more sun. By paying attention to such fine details you are listening to them and you are focusing on only them, nothing else for that small moment.

During the rush of your everyday lives, its important dear ones to remember to stay in touch with the nature that is around you. It will bring you serenity on a early summer morning and peace when the coolness of the evening as it comes in. The surface of the Earth is your playground, workplace, where your residence is constructed, where you vacation, it is there for you to enjoy.

 

I am only here today as a reminder to all of you here on this beautiful planet, while you are learning to respect all the people that live here, you are also remembering to respect me. As you send uncondtional love to people across the world, you are also loving me. I have loved you and those before you and before them. I love you now. My shaking and twists are my way cleansing and repairing some of the damage time and neglect has caused. My no means am I punishing. I will always cradle you as you sleep warmly in your beds at night. When a shaking or an eruption takes a dear soul from this planet, it is not because I am angry dear ones, it is because before this life, this is what was agreed upon. When you hear of floods and other natural disasters taking people from this Earth, out of their human bodily shells, remember this is what was chosen by them before now.

When you can dear ones, reach for me. I am always around you. Find time to walk barefeet in the grass on or a sandy beach, walk with focus to feel the grain of sand and the softness or dryness of the grass. I see you running everyday, rushing to meet some deadline. I understand for some of you, your lives have become much more busier than they were a few years ago. The times have changed, you have changed. Change is necessary. All the changes you have faced and are still confronting is helping you grow and become wiser than you were. As you master these changes, don’t forget you have many beings around you, loving you and cheering for you. You do not have to put your feet in the grass or walk barefoot in the sand. It was my suggesstion and example for you to connect to me that is tangible and physical.

What you are seeking on your journey of becoming one with the light, with the Source of all Creation is within you, within all of you. Have faith dear ones in yourself that you will get there, in your own time at your own pace. I cherish all of you.

Mayan Elder Speaks of Prophecy

We are all here because it is our destiny, our mission. Spirit has called each of you here. You are special. I am no more special than you are. You are [no] more than me.

I am a poor Mayan. We do not have schools and universities like you do. We live in the poor countryside. What I have is given to me by my father. The Cosmos is the source of our knowledge. We study the Cosmos. Our books are the Mayan Codices. For us, this is our writing. The hand is a book. We have 5000 codices. We study these. This is a fulfillment of our prophesies, that is why I am here. Our elder astronomers are watching over time and when it will be fulfilled. It shall be fulfilled in Twelve Baktun and it began on August 17, 1987, the Harmonic Convergence. It was then that I began my walk all over the world.

The Harmonic Convergence began the Twelve Baktun, Thirteen Bahaou and will end in 2012 or 2013 by your calendar. This will end the fourth period of the sun by our calendar. There will be huge problems. Catastrophes and cataclysms will befall us. So I have been asked to speak to you and all over the world, of these prophesies and other elders, too. We speak in defense of the natural world. No more pollution of the planet. It cannot survive it, and then we will not be able to survive without our mother earth.

There is no more distinction between races and colors and creeds. Your sadness and loneliness is the same as mine. We have the same feelings of love. Why? The Mayans with their hands tied, hearts torn out, are in the codices and were fulfilled five hundred years ago and to the present day.

These prophesies are being fulfilled. In Guatemala, we cannot ask for food or land, or they will shoot us. They come at night and take our leaders and shoot them and torture them, rape them, and take their hearts out. Pregnant women have their babies torn from their stomachs. These injustices began five hundred years ago and continue to this very day in all the Americas. They want to destroy each other and turn mother earth into money. Soon the illness, heat, suicide and drought arrives. LETS SEE IF WE CAN FIX IT with money when there is no water, polluted land, air, seas…we cannot. We must do it now, before it is too late, we must stop cutting down the trees.
We seek the unity of all people to seek no more pollution. Lets think about the future for our children. What will we leave them? A tank? A gun? We must leave them love, equality, freedom. Earth belongs to the Creator. It is for humans, for man. Man divided and put boundaries around it and owned the land. No one can claim the sun or air – it is for all of us.

Mayan astrologers know a lot but do not say everything. In these past days there are many doomsday sayers. On August 11, 1987, the positions of planets in alignment brought more energy on the earth. There will be more earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. During 2012-2013 there will be a great comet and a red comet. We are all creatures of the earth, but in space there are others. Comets might fall elsewhere.

These are not predictions of death. But a great illness will come from pollution. That is why we are gathering, to stop the pollution that will cause this great illness. It is the fulfillment of a prophesy. During 1994, in Guatemala at a meeting of the elders, we lit a sacred fire day and night, and for seventy two hours there were more than three hundred elders participating. Not just to talk about the prophesies, but to awaken the power centers of the earth. That is why we are here now in North America, in Santa Fe. Each elder did their ceremonies for ten days. This was called the Continental Gathering Reunion.

In 1997 we met again in Bogota, Colombia and ended in the Amazon. Over four hundred elders came. From there the indigenous people of North America were selected next in Santa Fe. Hopefully, you will help us. It is a prayer for Creating Peace. At each gathering there are certain papers presented and ceremonies done. Each tribe will share their knowledge and their prophesies, their ceremonies at the ceremonial sites.

We struggle to defend our Mother Earth. All the goals discussed at the gathering must be written in a book. We are writing a history and publishing it. So the authorities can read it. There will be a thirty six hour prayer for peace. Everyone prayed and made offerings and created a memorial. The crystal skulls that are from the Mayan pyramids have been given to a woman to hold and protect. Later they will be returned to the pyramids. Anna Mitchell Hodges is holding them. These crystal skulls were brought from the Pleiades, they speak of reincarnation. The elders know the science of the lives in this. The Mother of Mayan science is Pleiadian. These skulls must go home where they belong. This is the science of the future after 2000. You were called to be here and carry this message. SPREAD THE WORD!!

The Wingmakers are actually the star people. Mayan actually means “my people.” They first came to Atlantis. Our first pyramids are there, underwater. In the Bermuda area. Tulan was the name of the city of Atlantis. Their great prophets, (star people), came and gave an oral transmission. It has been passed down for thousands of years. In the beginning there were four of them. The first teachers from the Pleiades taught the astronomy and the beginning of creation, the Great Mysteries. They have the power of the sixth and seventh senses and the third eye. They came to teach us these things. The way of working together, etc. There have been many visitations from the Pleiades, then they return there, then they come back here again and come down to Asia, Tibet, Kaimaya, and in India also.

“Nagamaya” they were called. There are glyphs that speak of these visitations, like the Wingmakers. More will be discovered when it is time. In 2012, these wise ones will return again. There are some now incarnated in bodies, we do not know who they are and it is a secret until the time comes. This is the return of the ancestors spoken about in the prophesies. They will all arise, not just Mayan, all of us.

The prophesy says:
“May it dawn, may the new day come, may people have peace and be happy.” To guide you with these messages, it is the message of the dawn…the bringers of the dawn. You will see then where we have come from. The Psychic says we, together will see our mountains, our children, our waters…”Now that I return I see my children confused in different religions and cities destroyed and my mountains and deserts and rivers polluted.” When they return in 2012, what will we show them?
